How can I prepare these meals with my busy schedule?

The meal ideas which you will find in the booklet are only a guideline for people to understand the types of meals that are best during this programme, you may choose to eat familiar foods but I will teach you how to make healthier versions and choices and how to balance your meals so they give you the most energy. We will discuss this in the FB group, plus I will post a very useful visual info for everyone to follow.

How much does this cost?

This programme is totally free, I'm not charging a single penny for it so sign up now and I look forward to seeing you in the Facebook group! Do I have to give up coffee and sugar? What else?

During this programme we will avoid sugar, gluten (mostly wheat), processed foods, alcohol, dairy, black tea and coffee. Don't worry, I have included everything you need for the smooth transformation and you will receive a shopping list with the alternative products. If you can't function without coffee we will take a step by step approach to reduce it slowly and then take it out after a week. You will not be required to fast or drink juices every day. Its a gentle but very effective approach to help the body to detoxify and re-set. Don't worry, I'm here to support you, you can cotact me or ask questions in the Facebook group!

I am pregnant, breastfeeding or on medication, can I do the progamme?

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding I would not recommend any type of cleanse or detox. Let me know if you are expecting or breastfeeding and with few modifictaion you wille be able to join us, learn few priciplas of healthy eating and upgrate your nutrition knowladge.
