“How to Bust the Weight Loss Myth

Are you a 'Serial Dieter'?

or perhaps you're fed up with "yo-yo' dieting?

Want to learn how to love you body and ditch the scales?

You have an ideal that you want to eat healthier, think differently and move more. You’ve had this ideal for a while now but life keeps getting in the way. You start with more fruit on Monday and by Wednesday you’re back to the Donuts and Wine.

What if this could be different?

What if you could follow the 80/20 rule where you eat well 80% of the time and allow yourself to have your ‘something else’ 20% of the time. How does that sound?

We're going to be busting the myths on weight loss as well as supporting you to change your mindset about how you view food, your health and your wellbeing.

In this webinar we are going to show you how when combined, the two elements of nutrition and mindset will support you to make healthier choices and changes that are sustainable when you commit to your own success.

This Webinar is for you if:

You ARE fed up with Yo-Yo dieting You’ve been thinking about improving your lifestyle Want to understand more about the wide choice of foods available to support a healthier lifestyle Want to change your mindset on your relationship with food Want help and support in doing all of the above

SYLWIA RAZAK Nutritional Therapist & Health Coach

I am a foodie who believes that good nutrition is the foundation for a healthy and happy life and that food should taste delicious and be a pleasure. As a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach I help women to look and feel amazing every day by transforming their lifestyle and the way they eat.

I studied at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, I am a full member of theBritish Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

Additionally, I am a Zest4life health coach and NLP Practitioner, trained in offering motivational coaching and group programmes.

I have had a wealth of experience working with women to transform their diets, their health and their waistlines in London and New York. Prior to re-training, I spent 5 years teaching yoga, and also in a variety of sales and marketing roles in different industries.

I am also a co-founder of Circle for Women's Vitality - a collective of therapists based in SE London, passionate about supporting women across all life stages to achieve a better balance; fulfillment and an improved level of mental and physical wellbeing and vitality.

I am the founder of Pragmatica Coaching. My background and experience stems from working in Finance and Change Management spanning over 20 years within Oil & Gas and Banking. I am now a Certified Coach and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner and a professional member of the Association for Coaching, a not-for-profit professional body dedicated to promoting best practice and raising the awareness and standards of coaching, worldwide.

I retrained as a Coach in order to bring to life my natural ability and desire to help support others, along with an aspiration to create and run my own business. My passion and primary focus is working with women to improve both mind and physical health and wellbeing.

Having been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) in 2003, I recognise the importance of stress management and balanced nutritional intake. As such I have implemented differing strategies and methodologies in my own life, some of which I use to support others in the programs I’ve created for improved mind and physical wellbeing. I’ve helped in creating the most amazing results with the women I work with who wanted change and something different in their lives and were struggling to achieve it on their own.
